I was expecting the illustrated wooden fixing batterns to be included. Also there was a slight depression in the laminate surface from the moulding / casting process which was disappointing. But luckily this will be out of sight in the main once fixed in place.

Many thanks for your feedback. As per our conversation, the battens are as an optional extra which is shown on the same page as the product to purchase. On this occasion we did not send any battens out as they were not purchased.

Nice product although there was some very minor (5mm square) damage at one end. Probably caused during shipping even though the packing was excellent. Not a problem for me though because I didn't need the whole length. Fitted it to.
