Encasement Ltd will be closed during the Christmas period from Friday the 20^th December 2024 returning on Thursday the 2^nd January 2025.

The final dispatch date before the shutdown is Thursday the 19^th December 2024. All other orders will be dispatched after the 2^nd January 2025. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@encasement.co.uk to request a refund.

2. Mail your returned item to:

The collection will be subject to an additional delivery fee charge.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original delivery and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

The items may be exchanged for a different size or colour (where applicable). This will be subject to a restocking fee; however, you will have to pay return delivery in addition to the new invoice amount.
